Legal Aid

We understand that legal aid funding may be appropriate for some clients and we are able to undertake qualifying Family Law work under legal aid funding where the client qualifies for legal aid.

In order to obtain legal aid funding it is necessary to first attend your local Law Centre for assessment of your case. If your case qualifies for funding the Law Centre will issue you with a legal aid certificate which authorises the carrying out of our work under legal aid funding. You must then contact us to discuss your case.
